If you are not fully satisfied with your Sacred Breeze purchase, we offer a 7-day return window for customers based in Australia, the EU/UK, and the United States.

To be eligible:

- You must notify our team within 7 days of receiving your order

- Requests may be made for an exchange, store credit, or refund, subject to approval

- Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days after approval at your own cost

Once your returned item is received and reviewed, your request will be processed within 7 business days, and you will be notified via email when your refund or exchange is complete.

Please note: Sacred Breeze reserves the right to assess return requests in line with our policy. If we believe the policy has been misused, we may respectfully decline the return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Please send us an email with photos of the damaged item to:
