Pre-Order Policy
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order lets you reserve an item that’s not currently in stock. When you place a pre-order, you’re securing allocation from our incoming shipment. Estimated availability is shown on the product page and/or at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may change.
Estimated Timeframes
Standard ETA: Most pre-orders ship within up to 14 days from the order date.
What affects timing: Supplier lead times, quality checks, customs, and carrier capacity.
If dates shift: We’ll email updates and revised ETAs.
Delays alone don’t automatically entitle you to a refund outside your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Payment Terms
Full payment at checkout is required to secure inventory.
Your payment method is charged when you place the order (not on dispatch).
Prices are shown in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Changes & Cancellations
Before dispatch: You can cancel or amend your pre-order anytime prior to dispatch—just contact us and we’ll help. Once dispatched, standard returns policy applies.
After dispatch: The order is treated as a standard purchase and falls under our general Returns Policy.
Split Shipments
If your cart includes in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately. Additional shipping charges won’t apply for any Sacred Breeze-initiated split.
Shipping Once In Stock
We’ll dispatch your pre-order as soon as stock arrives and passes QA.
You’ll receive a tracking email when your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Refunds
Change of mind: Once dispatched, returns follow our standard returns policy (item must be unused and in original packaging, within the stated return window).
Defects or wrong item: We’ll repair, replace, or refund in line with ACL and our warranty/returns policy.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL. If a product has a major failure, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement; if the issue is minor, we may repair, replace, or refund.
Promotions & Pricing
Pre-order pricing is confirmed at checkout.
Promo codes must be applied at purchase and can’t be added after the order is placed.
